Are you navigating a new school? A new social environment? Do you feel understood by friends and family members? This group will cover topics such as navigating high school, peer relationships, self-esteem, and the development of healthy coping skills to deal with the pressures of being a teen. This group is for females ages 13-17 who would like to gain more support in these areas.
Open to current teen patients. Online or Virtual
