My son went here for therapy and things were great in the beginning. Recently, the therapist felt like a more intense program was needed and they referred us to an intensive outpatient program at High Focus. After a couple weeks there, the program wasn't making any difference, but more importantly we had a medical concern that we were not able to come to an agreement on how to address. We pulled my son after 2 weeks and figured we would return to LifeBack where we felt they would guide us toward our next steps in this journey. Instead, they said they couldn't provide us any care and wished us well. The problem is, we needed help with medication management and finding a replacement therapy option. We had no idea my son would be left without these critical resources. This is unprofessional, unethical and dangerous. It is no wonder there is a mental health crisis when the providers can so easily just dismiss patients without a proper handoff of their care!

This place is amazing! Chelsea Jenkins and Cindy Kozicki are two of the most dedicated and caring individuals that we have ever met. These women go above and beyond to assist their clients. I highly recommend Lifeback and either of these two amazing women. Thank you both for all you have done and continue to do for my family!

While this post is 3 years old when things were awesome. I'm sure you still have great staff and help many people. Unfortunately during beginning of covid-19 your team dropped the ball for my daughter due to lack of communication and scheduling error. Many well wishes though

I cannot say enough about Lifeback. From the ease of making appointments, friendly staff at the front desk, easy, stress-free billing to the Dr.’s(Meinke) to the therapists(Melissa and Adam) they will definitely help you get your “Lifeback.”
My family had bounced around trying to find the right therapist and fit for our family. We found it at Lifeback. Melissa and Adam are exceptional therapists who really care and go the extra mile for their patients. They have helped us to recover and work through the grieving process after the loss of my husband. We will be forever grateful to them and hope to continue moving forward to make the best of what life has to offer.

I am so grateful to have had Lifeback to help me through the lowest point of my life which felt like it had hit me out of nowhere. Melissa coached me through every step of the way, showing me how to use my strengths and keep things in perspective. The Women's Empowerment group has also given me some addititional tools and expanded my support network. Office staff is extremely nice too!

Great staff. Melissa and Mike are very good at what they do. Office staff was always pleasant. I moved out of the area, but I can honestly say I learned a lot while going here. Individual sessions were helpful, but the groups were very enlightening in a dark time in my life. Thank you Lifeback.

I love my doctor, she’s always personable and she listens to me which is sometimes rare in a psychiatrist. The front desk, however...high turnover and no one seems to know what anyone else is doing. They will take messages and never pass them on, never call back when they say they will, etc. I had to leave a message about my prescription refill three times and never heard back, and when my meds had almost run out I actually took it upon myself to physically walk into the office and demand they send a refill RIGHT NOW. My doctor said she never got any of the messages. I won’t leave because I like my doctor a lot, but it is frustrating dealing with them.
