DOES LIFEBACK TAKE INSURANCE?

  • Yes. LifeBack accepts most insurance plans with out-of-network benefits. To verify your benefits and any payment responsibility, please speak with one our intake coordinators, at 609-482-3701.

DOES LIFEBACK OFFER INPATIENT CARE?

  • No, LifeBack offers only outpatient services.
  • If our clinical team finds that a patient requires a higher level of care or care that is outside our scope of practice, we will provide you with referrals and other resources to ensure you get the care you need.

DO YOU TREAT CHILDREN?

CAN I CALL FOR INFORMATION WITHOUT BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A PROVIDER?

Exact estimates are difficult. However, below is some information that might help:

  • Scheduling times may vary depending on provider availability, which often changes
  • Flexibility helps – specific patient scheduling requests or provider preferences may take a little longer to accommodate, depending on provider scheduling availability.
  • Special requests, such as Saturday appointments can be challenging to accommodate for therapy sessions.
  • We can usually accommodate requests for Saturday prescriber appointments within 2-3 weeks.
  • After intake, it typically takes a few days to a week to assign a patient to a therapist. In certain cases, it can take 1-2 weeks depending on scheduling availability.
