This weekly group is designed for adult women who have experienced: sexual abuse and/or sexual assault. In this group you will learn about:

• How abuse/assault impacts your brain, relationships, and self-esteem.
• The common symptoms survivors experience across the life span
• How to cope/manage feelings and memories.
• Coping skills, strategies and tools for improving overall wellness and tools for healing.

Current patients can attend the group

Non-patients will have to set up an intake prior to attending the group
