Margie Stumpo B.S. Business Administration
Billing Department SupervisorMargie Stumpo has been part of the LifeBack Billing Team since 2019. After being recognized for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and superior customer service skills, she was promoted to Billing Department Supervisor. Margie now leads the LifeBack Billing team by promoting an atmosphere of positivity and teamwork. Before coming to LifeBack Margie earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration and gained extensive experience in the management sector. Margie spent many years as a Retail District Manager, overseeing multiple locations across Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Margie’s background in customer experience has allowed her to contribute to LifeBack’s overall core beliefs. “Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, how you leave others feeling after an experience with you becomes your trademark, this is one of my favorite quotes which I try to implement in my day-to-day”. Margie is committed to ensuring that every Patient understands that LifeBack is committed to their wellness and is always here to help!
LIFEBACK'S BILLING TEAM
LifeBack’s Billing Team is comprised of a Billing Supervisor and 3 Billing Specialist’s. The team manages the day-to-day financial aspects of the agency, including but not limited to;
- Verification of Patient ‘s insurance
- Communication with providers for accuracy when submitting claims
- Resolving Patient inquiries
- Resolving any insurance issues that may occur during the course of treatment
- Maintaining HIPPA compliance in all aspects of daily operations
- Ensuring that LifeBack is current with insurance provider coding regulations and changes
- Follows up on Patient billing statements
